The man from TNT, on behalf of Orange, arrived at 12:40, 20 minutes before the time he was scheduled to be there. It worked perfectly because I was about 100 yards away from the office, driving back from an early lunch, when the lovely Victoria on the reception desk called to say my new phone was here.
So, well done Orange.
The firmware revision seems to be the same on both the old phone and the new one (on a Nokia, type ‘*#0000#’ to display the firmware details. The magic numbers are V 3.04.35 12-05-05 RM-36.
